Dan Inkelas is an attorney with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Washington, DC, where he works on litigation involving the Corps' civil works and regulatory programs and specializes in administrative and environmental law, water rights, and water supply. In a prior career, he earned a PhD in modern German history from Northwestern University and taught courses on a range of topics including European, American, and environmental history, and the history of the Holocaust.
